Herdade do Rocim is an elegant red wine in its structure, involving aromas and perfumed with floral fragrances. It displays a fruity profile where notes of ripe black fruits and balsamic aromas predominate, alongside extraordinary acidity.
Winemaking:
Herdade do Rocim is a red wine produced with red grapes of Touriga Nacional, Aragonez, and Alicante Bouschet planted in the Alentejo wine region. After the fermentation process occurred at controlled temperatures, in stainless steel tanks, the wine was transferred to used French oak barrels for 9 months, where it stayed in contact with fine lees and was subjected to regular stirring prior to being bottled.

Tasting Notes:
Herdade do Rocim is an intensely aromatic, fruity red wine with a velvety structure. It presents aromas of ripe black fruit, mineral notes that give it a very interesting freshness along with balsamic notes of vanilla and spices.
Store and Serve Advice:
Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
